Book your stay directly on the Calico Heights website or through authorized partners. Most reservations require a minimum of two nights, with exceptions for one-night openings and holiday periods that may require three nights.
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old. All rates, fees, and taxes are clearly shown before you finalize your booking, ensuring transparency. Third-party bookings follow their own payment and cancellation terms.
Booking Your Stay
Check-In & Check-Out Made Simple
Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. Guests receive detailed arrival instructions and cabin access codes before their stay. Early arrivals are welcome with prior approval to ensure your cabin is ready upon arrival.
Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Late check-out requests must be approved in advance to avoid a $50 fee. Please respect these times to help us prepare the cabins for incoming guests.
Arrival & Departure Policies
Clear cancellation terms for your peace of mind
Cancel 30 days or more before arrival to receive a full refund. For cancellations between 15 and 29 days prior, fees vary by cabin: $50 for Red, Orange, Blue, Yellow, Green, and Maroon; $60 for Turquoise; and $75 for Purple. Cancellations made 14 days or fewer before arrival incur higher fees: $100, $120, and $150 respectively.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method, though timing depends on your bank or payment provider. Reservations through third-party platforms follow their specific cancellation policies. Understanding these terms helps you plan your stay with confidence.

Pet-Friendly Stays with Clear Guidelines
Pets are welcome at Calico Heights with a $50 fee per pet, and a maximum of two pets per reservation. All pets must be declared at booking to ensure a smooth arrival process.
Owners must supervise pets at all times, keep them leashed in shared spaces, and prevent pets from accessing furniture or indoor tubs. Proper disposal of pet waste and removal of excess hair before checkout are required to maintain our clean, comfortable environment.

Smoking is prohibited inside all Calico Heights cabins to maintain a clean and healthy environment. Guests may smoke outdoors but must dispose of cigarette and cigar waste responsibly to protect our wooded grounds.
Outdoor fires, including fire pits, are subject to local burn bans and fire-safety rules. When a burn ban is in effect, all outdoor fires are prohibited to ensure guest safety and preserve the natural surroundings.
